Book Review:
Yet another of those domestic-violence-psychological-thriller types. I was fairly unsure what to make of it, and as the story continued to play out, I proceeded to get slightly more confused. I liked how it was very clean. But I must say, the end was neat and well thought out. I also appreciated how fast paced it was.
It was a very non violent book, all things considered. The subject matter is stressful to say the least but they do not explicitly bring up much. In most cases they just subtly hinted at things, which was fine, but even then, not for the faint at heart. Overall, it was a good book. But the concept just didn’t sit right for me. That’s not to say the book wasn’t nice, just that it wasn’t for me.
